Phase II - 2020

Kicking off Phase II of my goals that I've set for the spring. Phase 1 was really all about rebuilding a foundation I felt comfortable with and more importantly confident with.


My struggles have been not putting in the work consistently enough, I needed to find that. Luckily I did and with results I'm happy with.


So far I've proven to myself I can still move with intensity, recover when I need to and see results week over week.

Phase II builds on that. I'm going to continue my bodyweight conditioning but also start introducing some weight training as well.


The problem is that I've been here countless times before. Getting to a foundation takes work but it is something that I have found success in many times. My real work starts now, pushing through what seems to be my wall the past couple of years.
