As you get to know me you'll come to find that I love a good quote.....and I REALLY love a Rocky Balboa quote. I have this useless skill of weaving in Rocky inspired lines into most conversations. This one was featured in Creed II and landed for me as soon as Sylvester Stallone said it.

What does it mean to you? For me this is shedding everything, even the stuff that's worked in the past but won't work as you step into whatever is next. It means willingly getting out of your comfort zone, and growing through difficult changes. This is an essential aspect to taking on new challenges, and accepting more responsibility.

How can we do more if we only know how do what we've done? Embrace change and grow.
