Character Over Talent

Continuing on the theme from yesterday. Talent alone will only take you so far, at some point you need character to kick in.

Funny thing about character is it develops in people at different times. Some will start to show their character as a child, others take time and don't showcase it until they're adults. My daughter may already be showing signs of her character and I'm struggling day to day to make sure mines 💯. Can you relate?

It actually doesn't matter when though, more that you do and put the work and embrace a support system to help you grow beyond your natural abilities. The person you are today isn't who you'll be tomorrow, character will pull you forward and up.
